1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide and improve our services for Advertisers, Publishers, connected DSPs, and app users across the AdPlayX Agentic Exchange. Data types include:
- Personal Information (Advertisers/Publishers): Name, company, contact details and billing information necessary for account management and payments.
- Non-Personal & SDK Data: Device model, OS version, IP address, advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID), CTV device signals, and video ad interaction events (starts, completions, skips, clicks) from publishers integrated via our SDK. Where possible these are pseudonymized or aggregated for analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use data to:
- Operate and maintain the AdPlayX Agentic Exchange, SDK, and agent-facing APIs.
- Enable autonomous agents to evaluate, negotiate, and transact video inventory made available by SDK-integrated publishers, on behalf of advertisers and connected DSPs.
- Detect and prevent fraud, and ensure policy compliance.
- Provide support and send service notifications.
- Because AdPlayX is built around autonomous agents, most buying and monetization decisions are made by software agents rather than a person reviewing each transaction. These decisions operate at the level of individual ad impressions and do not produce legal or similarly significant effects on an individual consumer.
3. SDK, Cookies & Third-Party Tools
Our SDK collects the runtime events described above from publishers who have integrated it, to enable video advertising and agentic decisioning. We, and our partners (advertisers, DSPs, measurement providers), may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies. These tools are used only according to your consent choices. For analytics and marketing tags we implement a consent gate — tags only load when consent is given. We also support IAB TCF for CMP integrations and can read/wrap consent strings for programmatic flows.
4. Legal Bases & International Transfers
Where applicable (e.g., GDPR), our legal bases include consent, legitimate interests for fraud prevention/analytics, and performance of a contract (for billing). We may transfer data to service providers across jurisdictions — when required, we use contractual safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) to protect data.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, rectify, portability, restriction, deletion, and to object to certain processing. EU residents may withdraw consent and exercise rights via our contact details below. California residents can use our “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” link.
6. Data Security
We employ reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure — please review this policy as we may update it and will notify you of material changes.
