1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AdPlayX platform and services you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the services.
2. Description of Services
AdPlayX operates an Agentic Exchange for In-App and Connected TV (CTV) video advertising. Publishers integrate their video inventory through our SDK (in-app) or a direct integration (CTV), and DSPs connect to the exchange as demand partners. On top of that integrated supply and demand, AdPlayX enables autonomous software agents to evaluate, negotiate, and transact — rather than simply routing bid requests and responses. We may update or discontinue services with notice where required by law.
3. User Obligations (Publishers, Advertisers & Agent Operators)
- You must be 18+ or have legal guardian permission to use the service.
- Do not use the service unlawfully or to promote illegal activity.
- Keep account credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Advertisers must provide accurate, lawful, non-misleading video creative and targeting.
- Publishers must integrate the SDK as per our guidelines, ensure placements comply with our video-only inventory policies, and cooperate in fraud investigations.
- Where you connect an autonomous agent to AdPlayX via our APIs, you are responsible for that agent's conduct, including the objectives and constraints it is configured with, and agree not to use it to manipulate auctions or misrepresent inventory.
4. Payment, Fees & Billing
Advertisers will be billed according to campaign agreements. Publishers receive revenue per agreed terms. Fees, invoicing and chargebacks are governed by contractual agreements between parties.
5. Data & Privacy
Use of the platform and SDK involves data processing as described in our Privacy Policy. Advertisers and Publishers must obtain any necessary consents from end users for SDK and cookie-based processing and cooperate with AdPlayX for compliance (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD). Where we act as a processor for publisher data, we will follow controller instructions and implement appropriate safeguards.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach or suspected fraud. Surviving clauses include limitations of liability, indemnities, and ownership provisions.
7. Warranties & Liability
Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent allowed, AdPlayX disclaims warranties and caps liability as set out in contractual agreements.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
